How to buy

All items on this site can be purchased with cheque (UK only) or PayPal.

There are a number of ways to order an item or contact us.

Online Ordering

All of the items on this site can be purchased using our secure online ordering system. Under the 'Exhibitors' section you can double click the thumbnail image to go through to a more detailed description of the print with a larger image. Choose which option you prefer ie. 'Framed', 'Mounted' or 'Print Only' and then click on the ADD TO BASKET link to put the item in your shopping cart, you will then be taken to your 'Shopping Basket' where you can view what you have added. You can then either continue shopping or proceed to the Checkout where you will be asked for name, address details etc.

All credit card transactions are processed using encryption and secure server technologies.

Insured Post and Packaging

UK: £2.50 for orders up to £74.99 - Post free for orders of £75 or more.

Overseas: Please call or drop us an email. We will calculate the lowest possible shipping rates based on the size, weight, value and urgency of your order. You can still order online - we will add the agreed shipping amount to your order.

Delivery Schedules

Under normal circumstances we aim to ship within 5 working days of receiving an order. In practice for most orders it is quicker than that, usually within 2 working days. If for any reason there is a delay, for example if an item is out of stock, then we will let you know and give you the option to change or cancel your order. If you need an item quickly, for example for a birthday, then let us know when you order, using the 'Comments' option in the shopping cart, and we will give your order priority if possible.

Accepting Delivery of Parcels

Your delivery is insured. However for the insurance to be valid it is important that you examine the parcel carefully before signing for it. You do not have to unwrap it but if there are any external indications of damage such as holes, bending or signs of having been wet then make a note of this against your signature so it is put on record with the delivery company.

Overseas Orders - exchange rate

We can only accept overseas payments made by PayPal - the payment will be deducted in GB Pounds and will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate on the day of processing. Please check the exchange rate before ordering as fluctuations will mean that the final price may differ from day to day. The price is also exclusive of any local import taxes that may be levied.
